These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and twcbets ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using any part of the twcbets platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. twcbets is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. twcbets reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any balance remaining will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one registered account on twcbets. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per IP address (where technically determinable), and per device. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances subject to clause 10.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration details, including fabricated identity documents, constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant Malaysian authorities.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). twcbets is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with international gaming authority standards. You agree to submit requested KYC documents — including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification — when requested, and in any event prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction.
2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. Access to and use of twcbets from certain jurisdictions is prohibited. You are responsible for determining whether your use of twcbets is lawful in your jurisdiction. twcbets accepts no liability for your use of the platform in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted or prohibited.
3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. twcbets will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify twcbets immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. twcbets support is available 24/7 via Live Chat and WhatsApp for urgent security matters.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. twcbets strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA is the Member's responsibility. twcbets will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where 2FA was available but not activated.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your twcbets account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any entitlements therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Methods. twcbets accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. twcbets processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the verification and processing timelines applicable to each payment method. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification or where a suspicious transaction investigation is underway pursuant to twcbets' anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your twcbets account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. twcbets cooperates with international gaming authority requirements relating to anti-money laundering and may report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
4.5 No Refunds. Funds deposited into your twcbets account and used to place wagers are not refundable. Deposits that remain unwagered may be withdrawn subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. In the event of erroneous transactions caused by twcbets' system errors, twcbets will investigate and rectify confirmed errors in good faith.
5.1 Product-Specific Rules. Each product available on twcbets — including but not limited to Sportsbook, Mix Parlay, Crash, Slots, and Casino table games — is governed by specific product rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All wagers are subject to acceptance by twcbets. twcbets reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without providing reasons, including in circumstances where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by a technical fault, twcbets reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. Winnings generated from manifest errors are not payable.
5.4 Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per settlement period apply. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product section. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits will be settled to the maximum payout limit.
6.1 Promotional Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer made available by twcbets is subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms") which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Promotional Terms form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless specified otherwise in the applicable Promotional Terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the Bonus Funds value and the applicable multiplier set out in the Promotional Terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. twcbets strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering on opposite outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk ("hedging"); coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, twcbets will void all associated bonuses and winnings and may close the relevant accounts.
6.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. twcbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory requirements that may apply.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twcbets platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the twcbets platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to twcbets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. twcbets grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
9.1 Platform Availability. twcbets does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond twcbets' reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. twcbets shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime where such downtime is not due to twcbets' gross negligence.
9.2 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twcbets shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.3 Your Responsibility. Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on twcbets and that twcbets bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using the platform in accordance with this Agreement.
10.1 By twcbets. twcbets may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or regulatory requirement. Upon closure for breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
10.2 By the Member. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting twcbets customer support via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Before processing a closure request, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled. Closure of an account at your request will not entitle you to a refund of wagers already placed.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative processing fee, as set out in the applicable fee schedule. Dormant accounts are not deleted; balances are preserved and accessible upon reactivation.

twcbets reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be communicated by publishing the updated Agreement on twcbets.org with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will additionally be notified to registered Members by email or platform notification. Continued use of twcbets following the notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority jurisdiction under which twcbets operates.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of twcbets, you agree to first contact twcbets customer support to seek resolution through the platform's internal dispute resolution procedure. twcbets will acknowledge disputes within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days.
14.3 Records. twcbets maintains comprehensive records of all transactions and game results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the records held by twcbets shall be considered authoritative in the absence of manifest error.
